There's someone in the cubicle by the
window and I don't think he works here. I've asked around.
No one knows what his name is or what he does. He spends most of his day
looking at porn on the internet, but everybody in the office does that.
The question is, if I'm not paying him,
which I'm not, do I legally have the right to fire him? It's a
thorny question. I'll have to run it by the legal
department. If we ever get a legal department.
